1. About PsalmEdu
PsalmEdu is an independent education and examination preparation platform. It provides study, practice, timetable, course-summary and related digital tools.
PsalmEdu is not the National Open University of Nigeria and is not an official NOUN portal.
2. Accounts
Some services require a user account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials and activities carried out using your account.
You must not share an account in a way that defeats access controls, payment rules, examination-attempt limits or security protections.
3. Educational content
PsalmEdu may provide practice questions, corrections, summaries, model answers, marking guides, mock examinations and other educational content.
Unless expressly identified otherwise, such materials are PsalmEdu study resources and should not be treated as official university answers, examination questions, marking schemes or academic decisions.
4. Examination practice
Mock E-Exam and POP simulations are designed for preparation. Scores, self-assessments, automated results and practice marking are not official university grades.
Examination structures may change. Students remain responsible for checking official examination requirements and notices.
5. Timetable service
PsalmEdu may extract and organise timetable information from source documents to help students produce personalised schedules.
Draft timetables may change. Users must verify important examination dates and times against the latest official information before relying on them.
6. Paid access
Certain features may require payment. The applicable price, product and access description will be shown before payment.
Paid products may include single examination attempts, semester access, summaries or other digital services.
Payment processing may include processor charges displayed at checkout.
7. Refund and payment issues
If a payment is duplicated, incorrectly processed or successfully charged without delivery of the purchased PsalmEdu access, contact support promptly with the relevant payment reference.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, the nature of digital access already delivered or consumed, payment-processor rules and applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to:
- bypass payment or access controls;
- obtain answer keys before a practice attempt is submitted;
- attack, scrape, overload or interfere with the service;
- access another user's account or private data;
- upload malicious material; or
- resell, reproduce or redistribute substantial protected PsalmEdu content without permission.
9. Intellectual property
PsalmEdu's original software, design, branding, prepared summaries, explanations, question-bank organisation, practice tools and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Names, course codes and references belonging to universities or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Availability
We aim to keep PsalmEdu available and accurate, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, internet failures and other circumstances may temporarily affect service.
11. Suspension
PsalmEdu may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, prevent fraud or misuse, or comply with legal requirements.
12. Limitation
PsalmEdu provides educational preparation tools. We do not guarantee a particular examination grade, admission, graduation result, employment outcome or university decision.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms as PsalmEdu evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the updated version published on this page.
